Carmela joined Global Captive Management in July 2012. Prior to that, Carmela built a global auditing career with KPMG, working in Bermuda, New York, and the Cayman Islands.
Carmela oversees our Human Resources and Compliance functions. She manages captive clients, including single parent, segregated portfolio companies, and group captives. She combines her passion for people with her technical background to support our team and the clients we serve.
Originally from the Philippines, Carmela graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
Outside of office Carmela is a tennis and pickleball enthusiast.
