Global Captive Management (GCM) has always encouraged our employees to give back with their time, talents, and treasures. Our team feel privileged to call the Cayman Islands home. We are lucky that we have been given the opportunity to live and work in one of the most beautiful places in the world. It is with gratitude and a sense of responsibility that we are focused on giving back to the local community knowing we can make a lasting difference to our beloved isles.
For over 92 years, our parent company, Holmes Murphy, has encouraged this ‘pay it forward’ mentality, a value deeply embedded in our culture. Over the last 5 years, we encouraged all our employees to amplify their impact in our communities, taking full advantage of all the impactful tools the Holmes Murphy Foundation offers. As part of this, we have seen outstanding results – results that have contributed to the betterment of our communities and that I have the pleasure of sharing with you in this report. Take a look at our Community Impact Report.
As we look ahead to 2025, our commitment to giving back remains unwavering. We will continue to uplift our people and communities, knowing that creating an exceptional employee experience – rooted in care, dedication, and support – translates into a phenomenal ‘pay it forward’ impact. I can’t wait to see everything we will accomplish together in 2025.
