Global Captive Management, Ltd (GCM) is delighted to announce
the promotion of Annie Jefferies to Assistant Vice President. Alanna Trundle, Senior Vice President, noted, “Annie made an immediate impact as soon as she joined GCM in 2021. She is always willing to take on
more responsibility and takes new challenges in her stride. Her promotion is the natural progression following her hard work and the commitment she has shown to GCM.”
Annie worked as an auditor in London for five years before joining GCM. Her clients are some of GCM’s largest group and healthcare captives. Trundle further commented, “Not only does Annie have a demanding client portfolio that she successfully manages, she is involved in all aspects of GCM. She has been instrumental in GCM’s Women Optimizing Women initiative that is focused on uplifting and elevating women in the workplace. Additionally, she serves as a mentor to newer account executives as part of our company’s mentoring program.”
Jennifer Reid, Senior Vice President, commented, “Annie is an inspiration to many in the office. She beams with positivity and represents the well-rounded professional GCM highly values.” Ian Bridges, Senior Vice President, added, “She is involved in so many aspects at GCM whether it be client related, a GCM internal or community project, and of course representing GCM’s infamous touch-rugby team.”
The promotion is effective January 1, 2024, subject to approval by the Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman department.
